It_Boy: "La v iolencia""La violencia" is the new work from It_boy. The second ep from the artist from Gijon since his debut on Audiovisual Theorem in 2008 with "Tam tam" (avtheorem_013, 2008) and which laids the foundation of his sound between the coordinates of abstract hip hop. In La violencia, It_boy sound is enriched through the experimental hip hop, IDM and abstract elec- tronica to show pure, clean and extremely power- ful. Echtra: "Zombie ravers"Echtra publish their second ep with Audiovisual Theorem. The Gijon based project, which starts in 2009 as a sonorous experiment to discover with its music, apocalypse, shadows, primitive.... something like the soundtrack for the end of the world. "Echtra ep" (avtheorem_018, 2009)After their debut with was their first work: 5 tracks of electro, kraturock and psychedelic rhythms that evolves between mist and darkness giving us the perfect soundtrack for the imaginary of authors like George Romero or Max Brooks. "Zombie ravers" is their second ep. A work in which their sound mixture of progressive rhtythms feeds on memories through a filter of dubstep and nu rave. Between Bristol and France, Camelot 3000 and House of Mistery, analog synthe- sizers and a zombie ravers menace; Echtra are the perfect sound to our escape when a crowd of infected people threaten our lives. |

El suelo acercándose. The new work of KomatsuEl suelo acercandose is the new ep from Komatsu. After "Espejo mirada" (2008) and "Imprevisible crono" (2009), the asturian musician come back with two new ep's for Audiovisual Theorem rewriting the limits for his emotional and melancholic IDM. The first one of this two ep's is "El suelo acercandose". Seven brilliant tracks of abstract electronic music and spectral avant-techno where Komatsu is now more powerful, in a permanent dialogue with the glitch and under the influence of sounds from techno and hip hop. Urban textures and mathematic rhythms to create emotional and hypnotic atmospheres like he only knows to do. Without any doubt, one of the bests works published till today from an artist in a continuous searching for the perfect sound. Of men and machines"Of men and machines" is an hommage to the relationship between machines and mankind. This compilation is considered to be a tribute to the perfect symbiosis men and machines can reach. Since the appearance of machines, they've been closely linked to the concept of progress. Every generation of machines is more perfect and mankind benefits from this evolution. "Of Men And Machines" demonstrates that creativity of human beings is multiplied exponentially with machines - no question. 18 artists from around the world expound their personal relationship between machines and themselves to produce emotions and sounds. Krater is an electronic music project based on the construction of sound scapes from the canary islands using traditional instruments and nature elements that are digitally processed afteres. Amanda is the person in charge to prove visually all the Krater's concept, something that is perfectly demostred in Insideout, their personal audiovisual theorem formed by "pyroclastic" and "viscosity", two awesome videos where the imaginary constructed by the idm, modern classical and post.rock of Krater forms a whole with the images of Amanda that shows the Canary Islands as a cinematic, hipnotic and misterious place. It_boy and Normaa. in the Arenas MovedizasIt_Boy will show his live performance the next 26th of september on the 7th edition of the meeting Arenas Movedizas, inside of the Encuentros Internacionales de Juventud de Cabueñes. The Arenas Movedizas starts the day 18th and to the next October is a good choice to discover and enjoy a global view of the new audiovisual works(performances, video, sonorous art, motion graffiti, digital art...), in a very special place as the old students school of the Laboral University, closed today. The asturians Normaa will show Waves of tomorrow, a videoinstallation about the urban landscapes "where the silence gets the podium and the light goes out to discover the fog and the sharp colours of tomorrow". The video is the impressive start point for a release that be released on Audiovisual Theorem. The live performance of It_Boy will takes place the 26th of september. Audiovisual Theorem celebrate the first twelve months of life with "cero.uno.dos""cero.uno.dos" is the collaborative project of 19 spanish artists. The net platforms Vjspain and Audiovisual Theorem joined forces to present a release formed by ten audiovisual works of some of the most representative artists of the visual and electronics spanish scene. The project: A selection of nine electronics artists made by avtheorem where every artist takes part with an unpublished track. A selection of nine visual artists made by Vjspain to work over the audio tracks and an audiovisual projec. The result: A clear expression of the audiovisual creation spanish scene.
